These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and royaltoto (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at royaltoto.cam.

• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player to their royaltoto Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by the Company to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Platform" means the royaltoto website, mobile site, and any associated services or applications operated by the Company.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other offered market on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on royaltoto are conducted.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on royaltoto, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. royaltoto strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21.
2. You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or any third party for the purpose of gambling.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of royaltoto, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Company.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether through royaltoto or any affiliated or third-party responsible gambling programme — that remains active at the time of registration or play.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on royaltoto. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. royaltoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

royaltoto may require Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by the Company. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on royaltoto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong), and direct bank transfer.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of a successful transaction. royaltoto does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request. Processing times vary by method but royaltoto targets e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes and bank transfers within one business day, subject to successful verification.

Withdrawal Conditions: The Company reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where the Account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.

All bets placed on royaltoto are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or instant games — as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Bet Acceptance: royaltoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where live betting is not the intended market), bets that appear to exploit a pricing error, or bets placed in breach of these Terms.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes: In the event that a market is offered with an obviously incorrect price — whether caused by human error, system fault, or data feed failure — royaltoto reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, even after the event has concluded. The Player will be notified and their stake refunded.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and player account level.

Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply. These limits are published on the Platform. Winnings that exceed the stated payout limit will be capped at the limit in force at the time the bet was placed.

royaltoto offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
• royaltoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an Account if it has reason to believe that the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• royaltoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the royaltoto Platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than participate in genuine wagering activity.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino or poker games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical measure implemented by royaltoto for security, fairness, or compliance purposes.

All content on the royaltoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of royaltoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from royaltoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, royaltoto and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Errors in the display of odds, game results, or account balances caused by third-party data feeds or software faults.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision made by royaltoto to void, suspend, or limit a market in accordance with these Terms.

royaltoto makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

royaltoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we actively provide tools and resources to support healthy play habits.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account.

• A Player requests self-exclusion or a cool-off period.
• Required by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting royaltoto's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

royaltoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the royaltoto Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through royaltoto's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate dispute resolution forum as determined by the Company.

royaltoto's internal complaints procedure is the first point of resolution for any dispute. Players wishing to raise a complaint should contact the customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of the issue and any relevant Account information.
